Client agrees that they will maintain an open dialog with Sapphire during the cancellation process. If Client does not get their Mortgage, Vacation Membership, Deed, or Contract cancelled within the term of this agreement or has not been accepted into the credit and risk management firms FDCPA, FCCA, FCRA program. Client will be refund of 100% fees paid for the cancellation process.
100% Money Back Guarantee Refund Policy:
Should Sapphire fail to deliver the service agreed upon as designated in this agreement, Client will be entitled to a refund of 100% fees paid in the cancellation process. If Client at any time during the term of this agreement files bankruptcy, client will not be entitled to a refund of their fees. If the client has accepted and is enrolled in the FDCPA, FCCA, or FCRA violations program services from Sapphire are considered satisfied and are now administered by the credit and risk management firm’s attorneys.
